In the Top Chef game you are the challenger on a TV cooking challenge just like in the real life TV show. There are several cooking challenges and then you are judged after your dishes based on a 5 star rating scale. You can either make it to the next round or will be told to "pack up your knives" which you get sent home but you can still retry the challenge without losing your progress. I like that in these cooking challenges you have ingredient options to choose from so each dish is your on creation. The only thing I didn't like about this game is no matter how well or badly you do..the storyline doesn't change. So if you got Top Chef one round it won't reflect in the words between characters. Overall this is a great game and one of played more than once. I would like to see another one come out.

I am a huge fan of time management games, and this one tops them all. I usually get bored quickly with a game once I have 'finished' it, but I still play this game even after completing all the levels...it's different every single time that you play. Fun to learn and try combinations of ingredients and challenging to try to put that to the test. Great game...you'll be hooked!!

There's something about this game that always keeps me coming back.Sometimes I won't play it for months,but eventually I pick it up again! I LOVE this game. Only complaint really is that I wish there was a sequel, and sometimes the level is really really hard. : )

You learn flavor combinations and time management to prepare the dishes and become top chef. For anyone who enjoys cooking shows and strategy/time management games! My favorite game of all time!

I love cooking games but this is by far my favorite. I liked the storyline and i was never bored ( so much i was actiually hooked for hours). It's great anyone would love it.

This is a fun game. It's based on the reality series Top Chef, and features Tom and Padma. The challenges follow the show challenges, and there's personality situations with the other chefs. Parts of the graphics are very simplistic, however, the challenges, and learning about the many different categories various ingredients can be in, make it interesting and fresh. The time management aspects do make it quite challenging. If you like cooking games or are a Top Chef fan, you'll enjoy this game; try it!

I'm not American so I have no idea who any of the characters are in this game. I am used to the original British series so at first it took me a while to pick up on the game play and accents as being from the actual TV show in America. My problem with this game isn't that it is slow or boring, but it is the fact that even though I successfully completed it, I still couldn't explain to anyone how to actually play it. I just clicked things randomly and tried to do it on time. I have no idea how I actually won each level though and the combinations of food and spices still baffle me.
