Graphics are incredible! No blur or excessive darkness and beautifully done. Story line is logical and interesting. Music not intrusive. HOGs are clear and memory retentive. If you come back a second time the articles from the first search are still gone. Hints are endless and refill fairly normal. Skip button for mini-games. Many different mini games. No repeats that I remember. Guide is game accessable. No having to go back to menu. I did not use the guide so not sure how clear instructions are. Worth the money to me. This game is very well done. About 4 hours in length for the game (though I was up from my desk a few times), and about 40 minutes for the extra game play. Extra story line sets up for next game in series....YAY! I must say I did find this one much easier than the first but still entertaining. The spider robot is back......and still kinda creepy in IMO. On the whole I'd give this a high rating!
Well, of course I had to get the sequel to my favorite HOG! The sequel was great and I liked how it really opened up the locations and had so many completely different scenes and places. Introducing it in Collector's Edition was the best! I love the extra level and all those graphics and music; but I'm also a huge dork. Again, I really can't say enough about the stunning artwork in these games and the detail in the HOS. I found the puzzles a little easier in this one but finding and figuring out how objects worked harder, so an even trade. I just love these games!
i always like the series of puppet who purchase this game will never bored of it and you won,t regret spend your money will enjoy
Love the Puppetshow series... Bring more of them on... Unfortunately, I did this one after the newer ones as I didn't know it existed, but saying that, it made no difference to my thoughts on this game...
The puppet show games are all worth buying. They are fun and not that hard to play. Good HOS and puzzles. Hint button works good if needed. Has good flow. Great adventure game.
Really enjoyed the story line for this game. Wish it went on longer. Ready to do the sequel!
Absolute Gem of a game and just as creepy and dark as the first in the series, brilliant crisp clear graphics, fantastic storyline and some really creepy art! Loved the finger lock! My only gripe about this game is it's far too short! I completed it in less than an hour and half and couldn't believe it was the end...really looking forward to playing the 3rd instalment right away. Brilliant fun :-)
I loved the game so much I went and purchased the others in the series. I only wish Big Fish would list the games in order or list them as 1st of 5 games, 2nd of 5 games, etc. Or, they could even list the copyright date of each one in the description to make it clearer. It was difficult reading the description of each game and trying to figure out the order in which they should be played. I tend to be a methodical player and like to play the games in order. Great series! ? them! I hope the people who created this make another series.
A fun game. i loved it. The story line and graphics are good This game lived up to my expectains and made my decision to get the series easy.
Puppet Show Souls of innocence is an intriguing, fascinating and exciting game with very good graphics, magnificent scenes and a perplexing storyline. There is just enough dialogue to keep you abreast of the game and the music is some what creepy in places to make a great atmosphere. This is a typical Collectors edition game As we have grown to expect with C.E. games lots of bactracking to re visit scenes to find out why everybody is asleep. The built in Strategy Guide is not really needed in the first couple of chapters but as the game progresses it is an essential element to let you know how far back or forward you need to go to continue through the game and not try to stumble on 'blindfolded' as it were. The puzzles and mini games are very good, some take some nutting out, others are reasonable but all can be skipped if need be. The hidden Objects are clear and precise, some are small and challenging and take a bit of time to spot and the hint button is not really needed as all can be spotted eventually. In summary a very good and interesting game, well worth the money and a great addition for any collection.
